Our technical support team is here to provide quick and competent help for you should you run into issues. You won't have to talk to computers or navigate voice menus, but have actual human beings answering you personally. This support is already included in your subscription fee, so there are no further costs for you. If you have issues with your Kolab Now account, please contact us.

However, due to costs, our support team does not offer telephone support. They also focus on and prioritize issues directly caused by the Kolab Now service. We are happy to help you with other issues, such as how to set up a specific third party client properly, but we then ask you to buy a support ticket. These tickets cost 200 CHF and will appear on your next invoice when used.
